Not so clear. This is the third time I've seen a ball clear the wall, hit that monochromatic board, and bounce back onto the field. I was surprised when the umps got it right the first two times. I was not surprised they missed this one. Maybe it's time to deface that famous green wall with a broad yellow stripe across the top (like every other monochromatic wall/background in MLB)?
