While I do love my Accord, I'm not sure if Honda is slipping as far as its reputation for quality goes. Of course, I'm also not sure how knowledgeable people writing these reviews are, but anyway:

2007 Honda Accord

2007 Ford Fusion (cheaper also)

Aesthetically, the Accord is also fairly boring compared to other cars, and I need girls to be at least slightly impressed by what I drive now. One of those reviews was written by someone who said they loved their last Accord but hated his new one cause it's boring as [censored], so I'm a little wary.

Goofy,

If you want to impress girls, then go with one of the below:

1) Infiniti
2) Audi
3) Saab
4) BMW
5) Mercedes

Honda and Toyota rank higher than Ford, GM or Chevy (excluding Corvette division).

edit -- I think the Audit A4 is the best of the bunch of what might make sense if you want a baller car.

A Ford Fusion is not gonna impress the ladies (unless by ladies, we mean Grandmas).

My younger brother has a Saab 9-5 '03 Aero (250bhp) and that's a pretty baller car IMO. What's your experience with Saabs?

My mother used to own a Saab 9000 Turbo back in '88-95 which was a sweet car (I got my licence in '92). I actually managed to break the drive axle in it when I was trying to impress my friends with a wheel spin. It had a faulty automatic transmission that didn't kick in when I thought it would and I over-revved the engine.

But today I think they have to much of an "old man" vibe going. At least in Europe. That explains my comment.

I have no idea what they're like to maintain today.
