Ok so here is the solution to the riddle I have come up with (it will be in multiple post form otherwise everyone will ignore my one TLDR post). This is FCBL's first post after the riddle was posted. He is the first person to seriously suggest that we work on the riddle instead of just ignoring it. If there is in fact information to be gleaned from the riddle Q would need to suggest that the village (and the wolves) work on solving it.

So then there is this where the three player names that can be extracted from the capital letters are FCBL, Clown, and IY. Keep in mind that when the puzzle was posted Clown had 7 votes and the second leading bandwagon had 3 and it seemed very likely that Clowntable was going to be lynched that day so his role information would likely be known by everyone (including the Borg) by the end of the day. This could also be seen as a hint that Worf is a borg

Actually, if it had been thought through more, you could have made a tie to force Q to break it - which wouldn't have been dumb.

I am going to assume that Soah is passing this along from whoever is Q. If my assumption is incorrect, then I am screwed. The maker of the puzzle is one of the 17 remaining players. If Nich were in this game, I would be 100% sure it was him and I would be 100% wrong.

Look at how FCBL phrases this post - he is assuming that this comes straight from Q and was not modified in any way and if he assumes wrong HE is screwed. Also - he explicitly states it is one of the 17 remaining players NOT that it is one of the 16 OTHER remaining players not including him.
