Yeah my search is over. I just sent a warning to Paypal in their complaint department. They said they would look into this, because charitable donations must be made for a valid charity or it could be considered a pyramid scheme which is against their UA. I am done with this. I will still post degrading remarks, but no more research. I think OOT has taken care of Kwazar again.

What would the process be for reporting this to the police? Has anyone done it? Would you have to be in Vegas? It's a really really shitty thing for Kwazar to do, it's people like him that lead to people who actually need money in desperate situations not getting it, because the question of credibility arises and people don't want to be scammed.

I'm not sure who this Kwazar poster is, you all seem to know him and some of you seem like you are friends with him, so for those of you who are, could you give me a good reason not to notify the FBI immediately of your friend's scam? Charity fraud is a good 5 years in jail.

I'm guessing that "she's" involved (not convinced that it's not the Kwaz man himself posing as a sympathetic party) because she's supposedly in contact with him. also, she got pretty defensive when asked about conflicting information regarding the accident, so she's (it seems, at least) hiding something.
