Re: Avg. Winrate of a full time 5-10 player?
proof that you can make more than $1/hand at 5/10. awesome, thanks.
also, sorry about that sick BE stretch in the middle. glad you're finally out of it. if you just adjust for that terrible bad run there, then you're actually around a $2/hand winner. so really this screenshot is proof that Whitelime was right. take that haters. |

Re: Avg. Winrate of a full time 5-10 player?
My favorite winrate stat ever for my confidence and to explain to new players is that FSU ran at 5pt/bb for 100k hands followed by 0pt/bb for 100k hands. Just shows the crazy variance in this game.

[/ QUOTE ] sample size isn't that great tho, but I'm pretty sure I can maintain this, I ran really hot for a while @ the start, but that 8k downswing was just full of impossible beats. Also, I think I limit variance because I do play a pretty TAG game, usually between 15-19 VPIP/12-14 PFR/ edit: I think this also because I practice really good table selection, imo. I don't play with 5 regulars, unless 2 of them are losing regulars(TAG stats, but poor post flop decision making) or there is 1 fish @ the table(vpip over 30 without being a smart LAG or, someone with like 24/2/.8 stats) |

Re: Avg. Winrate of a full time 5-10 player?
I wonder what the difference is from one year ago today to today, what sustainable winrates are, and how they've changed obviously with the games. What are the top teir winners at 5/10? What are their winrates? Is a nitty style like Bigt2k was talking about still profitable at FTP and Stars?
