Re: Arrested at Foxwoods and banned for life
'ajml' at least deserves a snitching undertitle.
you do not have to tell them [censored]. If you are not under arrest by an officer, they can not detain you. |

Re: Arrested at Foxwoods and banned for life
How about some more details. Who was asking the questions? The casino security or the State Police? How did they make it "Clear"?. Did they put a light in your eyes?
You have to give us something or we might think they just asked "Who was that guy?" and you sung like a Canary. |

Re: Arrested at Foxwoods and banned for life
1. TJ's behavior, even for a drunk, seems kind of weird. Doesn't really seem necessary to throwing all sorts of random stuff all over the place. My hunch is that FW doesn't just run around randomly barring players just for the hell of it and while their little assault charges are likely super-inflated here it sure seems that otherwise they absolutely needed to take action about his behavior which they were trying to do.
If TJ just takes it like a man and says, "no prob...I'll come back and play tomorrow" instead of goingall monkey-goofy on them then obviously he's not in this mess. Moral of the story: Throwing random objects and beer on management, especially if they already don't like you, might not be such a great idea. Note: I do like TJ and I understand he was probably hammered out of his skull when he did this but it really sounds like his behavior was pretty ridiculous here. 2. Snitching in this spot is weird since the snitcher hadn't done anything wrong so it's not like they could hold him or anything. "No, I'm not willing to talk to you or answer your questions. I am not going to give you his phone number nor will I even tell you if I know his phone number. Have a nice day." Since you are in the U.S. you do actually have rights amazingly enough. I'm not sure I understand the part about 'making it clear'. What does that even mean? What was made clear? That he had to give over the phone # 'or else'? |

Re: Arrested at Foxwoods and banned for life
I tried to cash out my chips immediately after this happened but the supervisor or whatever told me I could not and the State Police would be there in a second. Not long before this whole thing we showed up together at Foxwoods in the same car, coming from the same hotel. I was allowed to go outside to smoke and they saw me make a phone call and assumed it was TJ (it wasnt). I gave them my phone after this and probably about 30 minutes after I got stopped. They also had a 3rd person from our group who makes it a lot more difficult to make anything up.
Looking back on it I'd have to say that not a single part of this from start to finish was avoidable. |

Do we know they ratted him out. I'm sure he turned in his player card when he started. They already had his name.

[/ QUOTE ] I honestly can't see why it would be so unavoidable unless the laws on the Indian gaming land are so much different. They see you make a phone-call. Who cares? Why did you give them your phone after that? You don't have to make anything up if they question you. You just say, "I'm not going to answer any of your questions. No, you may not have my phone. Please leave me alone and I would like to cash-out my chips now." |

Looking back on it I'd have to say that not a single part of this from start to finish was avoidable. [/ QUOTE ] wrong, this was 100% avoidable if you didnt snitch It wouldnt matter if her was your identical [censored] twin all you do is go "never saw him before today". Whats the worst they can do, charge you with obstruction of justice? Big [censored] deal, they cant make that stick, and you've got an awesome story to tell and something to hold over TJs head for the rest of your life "yo, you remember that time I got arrested just to save your ass...you are buying me another beer!" Id be PISSED if one of my friends let me down on this |
