One week to go. I've been playing in some of the daily tournaments there lately. I came 12th on the Wed evening tournament which was pretty cruddy...$20 profit for 4.5 hours. Better than coming 21st I guess.

Today's morning tournament was a bit better, I came in first(although we chopped 1st/2nd money.) Now I think I'll play some more to try and qualify for the five diamond satellite or whatever it is they do with the points.

My biggest challenge this week will be getting adjusted to waking up early for that 9am start next Saturday. Then again, I didn't go to sleep until after 5am last night so maybe sleep's overrated.

They're planning to start cash games on Saturday as soon as tables break right?

That'd be my guess, of course, but it's going to take a while. I wouldn't show up until the afternoon. Btw: I sold my ticket for face value so I won't be there at all.

Anyone willing to sell a seat for this please PM me. Have my ticket, but a friend/former CAZ dealer wants to buy in now that he is no longer prohibited (as employees are).

Thx.

I've sold mine already but just to let you know....$1000 is quite low - not even face value. At this point, with 5 days to go, I think you'll find people asking in the $1300-$1500 range.

Yea but people are just selling to someone outside the casino. Don't get me wrong, I think you'll find some willing to sell for face falue but since there's such a demand, people are looking for more. Good luck!
