Where are people taking their "business"? I'm an ACE at PP so I have to change the site. I play NL50 (eventually NL100). Any recommendations?

I can ensure you though that all investigations were carried out by our Finance Team. Its member examined very carefully, one by one all suspicious accounts and assured us for the validity of results.

yeah, i'm sure that one person examined one by one all 10s of thousands of suspicious accounts

they ran a query to look for similiar account info from old vs new accounts; i'm not buying that they looked at them one by one

How can't there be more fuss about this? Everyone just accepts the thing and lets it go??

What do you propose we could do? At most we can accuse them of bad ethics for the way they handled it. But they don't give a rats arse about that, because they know that this is a +EV decision for them. And the beauty of it is that we have all agreed to their terms when signing up so we have nothing. Absolutely nothing. The only thing we can do is to hand them our money.

TBH, I feel the same way. I'm surprised for example that this thread isn't longer. But as others have said, what ya gonna do?

About all you can do is leave PP. I withdrew my roll 2 weeks ago and ain't going back never no more. Screw them, bastards.

I wouldn't play at PartyPoker; sure they will not froze accounts in general; but if a small time player wins a tournament or a jackpot for 50.000$+ who knows what they will do??

It would be easy for them to take that money by saying "you have earlier recieved rakeback thereby conspiring to violation of our T&C"; or some other bogus stuff explanation like collusion or whatever.

I am pretty sure that at all players involved in this are getting "Flagged", so money can be taking at a later stage, should they win big.

Just look what they did to affiliates; after a coulple of month or so - it's forgotton.

They will go after former rakeback-players too, if its profitable for them, and it will be (if done seperately) - believe me; it's not worth the risk playing at PartyPoker if you have an account under these affiliates being invistigated/closed!!
