Comcast in Boston EPPV1 Channel 651 still has the 'One Moment Please' thing going on. Anyone else using Comcast in the Boston area?

Called Comcast just now and was informed that they dont have the rights to any ESPN PPV programming. WTF??!!

Comcast CS says PPV is only available in certain areas. It's not available for me on Comcast Boston.
