6.5 is probably a really good guess. now, lets say barry decides uproot and for some strange reason live the rest of his life in thailand, he could probably sell tomarrow for 5.5.

the even better question is, what do you think that barry paid for it? barry seems like a man always on the lookout for a bargain, i bet he paid 4, tops. he has a certain lifenit quality to him that is only set aside by things that really attract him (winning at poker, asain women maybe?)

also, what is that stupid thing that barry did where he couldn't buy the more expensive house across the street?
