nothing special, just a "standard" lock my account for 2 months, take weeks to respond to e-mails and "not receive" docmuments that i fax them.

the best part is that the first person i talked to said that the documents were illegible, so i asked to speak to his manager, and she just said that they were never received after i asked. then she told me numerous other people had complained about this so not to worry. then i asked how the [censored] they can lock substantial sums of my money contingent on a system they know not to work, and she told me to just fax again. also apparently the building with the fax is not the same as the building with the customer support, they are two different states and former has no e-mail adress or phone number available.

so then i go on customer service tilt and just tee off on this bitch and they hang up.

Just had the worst session ever.

2 sets over sets, one set over turned gutshot straight (i lead the flop for close to pot too).A flopped every time i had QQ or KK.Couldn't hit a flop with AK/AQ, but when i did hit - their A7/A9 whatever flopped 2 pair.
3 times got it in flush/straight vs trips/set and every time the board paired.
3 barreled air twice.Once into flopped quads.And on another one dude couldn't fold A7 on superscary board for TPNK.
Next hand i had KK vs his AQs and he turned the nut flush.I was vbetting like crazy cause i thought with my image he'll call me with crap.

Scary times...

For the non-ME events:

They give you 85% into your account right when you buy it. The other 15% is put into your account after confirmation that you actually played. The conversion rate is worse than concierge though, from what I remember.

i used epass for one series of cashouts and was disgusted with their customer service, general slowness and transaction costs.

checks are free and i wish i had never given epass a [censored] dime
