This forum does not give you lessons in game dynamics ... actually most of the posters in this forum suck with regards to dynamics .... especially since this forum has a tendency to teach you, that hands should be viewed in vacuum.

i was playing 25NL at the start of june and i play 200NL now and alot of that is due to CR

Supposedly CR is going to be getting a lot of new stuff that their members will really enjoy. I am currently a member there and the forums aren't very active in my experiences. The videos are nice for the most part but you could acheive the same thing by watching a friends video who plays higher limits successfully. They had/have(not sure if they have it anymore) a great video series/forum/tutorials that can teach an absolute novice how to play 6max. I got a lot of use out of it forming my now basic TAG game. I watch all of the NLH and PLO videos and they are standard for the most part. If you are into getting every single possible edge you can then I would reccommend using CardRunners, if you play recreationally/for fun then I think it would be a silly waste of money.
