Re: ***** Clash of the Titans, Week 9: NE @ Ind*****
[ QUOTE ]
[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] Even though the Pats won, this game proved that they are beatable. It makes it more interesting for every other team. [/ QUOTE ] What are you crazy? The colts needed 150 yrds in penalties (many bad calls and several bad no calls). The pats are beatable if something goes horribly wrong outside of their control. [/ QUOTE ] The Colts had there starting LT, two WRs injured and didn't score in the redzone. [/ QUOTE ] Not scoring in the redzone should be credited to the Pats, they (god I hate this saying so much) bent but didn't break. Cody |

[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] Cody/Richard, Saints sucked. Broncos suck. Panthers aren't very good. Please don't pretend that those were all at least .500 ball clubs when the played the Colts please. [/ QUOTE ] NY Jets, San Diego, Buffalo, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Miami, and Washington Sucked. I'm not insulting the Pats, they played great (probably could've won by a litlte more too) but lets not pretend that the Colts wouldn't have numbers very similar if they'd played these teams. Cody [/ QUOTE ] lol ok. you clearly don't know what you're talking about. [/ QUOTE ] Care to enlighten a poor fool then? Cody [/ QUOTE ] The Colts and Pats schedules have not been drastically different in terms of difficulty. |

Cody,
Yeah the Pats do deserve some props for the red zone stops, but if Harrison ran the route that Gonzalez did he would have caught the ball, and I'm pretty sure 99% of people would agree with that. |

[/ QUOTE ] Right you keep asserting that, and because I can read I've got it, but you listed the teams the Colts have played that weren't good (and you're right), but on the NE side, the only good teams they've played have been IND and DAL, and what the hell, WASH. The bad teams that NE is playing are VERY bad. What's the disconnect here. I suppose I should ask outright, how much worse would the COlts have done had they played NE's schedule. Cody |

While the Pats redzone defense was good. They definitely over performed.

[/ QUOTE ] No question, but everyone knows about the Colts playing short-handed. I think they just misfired alot in the Red Zone, could just be me though. I'm the same guy that sees a difference in the AFC South and East. Cody |

Vince Young brings down your AFC South arguement, I'm sorry.
