The battle continued through the night. One of the Nazgul was overcome by elvish archers, but not before his sword lashed out and hit dmk, an elf unfortunate enough to be in the front lines.

Meanwhile, away from the main battle, RichC was sitting around waiting for some action to come his way, when (from unknown cause), his face and form shimmered, and suddenly he looked like the fallen scout Zurvan. What could this mean?

And far away, Frodo continued his slow trudge toward the mountain of fire, stalked all the time by the creature Gollum.

It is Day 5.
