Are there many posters who play shorthanded sngs as their main game?

[/ QUOTE ]

2 that I know of.

[/ QUOTE ]

Im considering adding some shorthanded sngs to my sets to have a little variety. Maybe 9 full ring on my left monitor and 3 shorthanded on my right monitor or something. If the guys who play (and crush) shorthanded are reading this, shoot me a pm or something for some intro-coaching/hand discussion if you are interested

Be aware that more than one pro on the 6-mans pretty much ruins the table* ($119 and up). So those of us who play them (me, Mike McQ, Jhub) aren't usually super neato excited about someone like newt or gramps all of a sudden taking an interest. newt and jhub pretty much strip-mined all the gold out of the $119s. They're still beatable, but not like they were.

*unless it's jhub, then you can pretty much run over him because he's such a weaktight nit.

1. Stop filling the [censored] thread with boring hand histories like the last one up there.

2. JD Drew as the hero? The world is coming to an end.

No more single tabling MTTs for me...I do incredibly stupid things because a) tournament players or so incredibly bad and straight forward and I always think they might fold second pair, or a pp or A3 on a AKQJ board and b) I get so fpsy cause I'm bored.

disclaimer: I am not saying tournament pros are bad, but the average play in a $200 donkament = stakes I don't recall playing.

I love the Red Sox (even if/when we lose)

I love college football (seriously, I can watch just about any two teams play and still enjoy it - though some games are obviously better than others)

Anti-baller comment:

I miss my son. Being in the hotel was fun for a bit, but enough already.

Cross-post from BBV regarding Absolute. Thought you guys might get a giggle....

There once was a site made by Scott Tom,
The name of it was absolute.com.

His Epsilon brothers came along for the ride,
They all made some millions and showed off with pride.

They had weddings in France and more than one stripper,
And would do so today if weren't for Potripper.

Potripper and friends, well they weren't really smart,
They played poker like morons and had a brain fart.

By folding those Kings and calling Ten high,
Potripper exposed the Absolute lie.

So dumping's the answer they all would decide,
Did they think that for sure from us they could hide?

Ah well, the Greycat is out of the bag,
It seems that their plan has hit a big snag.

Addie and Josem and Nat and lots more,
Found out about them and their plans for a score.

After covering up and telling more lies,
Absolute is in trouble, it's time for goodbyes.

And now we await the final word from the crooks,
About how they were fooled by geeks on their books.

It won't make much sense, whatever they say,
We all won't believe them, to do so is ghey.

Say goodbye to the guys that were Absolute,
The site is all rigged, the owners no goot!
