There is a glimmer of hope for the Chiefs. Apparently we have a WR on our hands, and our defense has given up 6 2nd half points all year. Offense is still a basketcase. But maybe we can build on this.

But maybe we can build on this. [/ QUOTE ] Don't get too excited. The Vikings offense aside from Peterson is just putrid. And their pass defense is pretty weak too. By the way that game was rigged. Our TE caught that pass in the end zone and didnt bobble it at all. It wasnt even close. That Bowe guy did look pretty good, but see what happens when the the Chiefs play a good AFC team. You'll find out a lot more then. |

Peterson is awesome. He scares me.
That pass very well could have been a catch. But the problem was the angle of the replay was on the other side, while the ref who made the call was about 5 feet away looking right at the ball the whole time. So I think the replay guy deferred to that. I would say either the ball slipped out a little when it hit the ground, or that ref really really blew the call. Certainly possible. Chiefs can have always been able to rise up and beat great AFC teams at home. On the road you can just write it off as a loss. The SD game should be interesting next week. One team getting a little confidence, the other descending into full meltdown. Their season is basically over if they lose to the Chiefs. I don't think they will, but I bet the Chiefs make it more interesting than people expect. |
