So I was talking to this guy on AIM today who does a bunch of data mining from 50nl - 200nl and he said almost NO ONE is doing better than 4pt/100 over significant samples. I know some people ship it for 50k hands and then move up or w/e but is 3-4 ptbb/100 the new 5-10ptbb/100? [/ QUOTE ] People who beat the snot out of games don't play that many tables and therefore aren't caught with datamining like someone who plays 5+ tables. I have mined NL25 and have over 450k hands total but not one person has over 10k hands on them. I would image even NL200 is somewhat like this to a certain degree. Something like 450k hand database and a few people who MT a ton have over 20k hands. Anyone who spends a lot of time at one level though is probably not trying to get any better or move forward to tougher games or they may be struggling where they are which means their WR will not be that high. If you are good and always getting better no reason you should stay at a level for more then 30k hands. It is the always getting better part that is tough. I know I go through ruts that last for a week or two then all of sudden things click and I get better. Another thing to consider is that more tables means lower WR but higher hourly most of the time. |

emc don't really know why you locked that thread, he minraises preflop and trys to go for a check/raise against a guy that 'has been raising him'. pretty crucial leak there imo.
