I need to break out of the following pattern.

1. Start to Play Good.
2. Run Good
3. Makes lots of $$$
4. Increase Ego
5. Start to play too many hands
6. Over play hands
7. Run Bad
8. Hit big downswing
9. Repeat.

When I am running good I start to relax out of my normal game, i.e. make dumb calls and run to many bluffs, b/c at first they work due to running good. I then get so far away from my game that when varience hits I plunge into a deep downswing.

I need to play my A game at all times! I am limiting my upswings and increasing my downswings through bad play.

Play shorter sessions. That way you are starting fresh and focused on your A game more often and won't be as affected by having a big stack or being on a heater.

[censored] imrahils hand because he plays so much like that and you only beat QJ Q9 and AT, lose to a lot of stuff but c/c is bad too because he's .8 ... i'm either braindead or a fish but that sems like a tough river

folding to a 3bet seems like a v bad idea here.
i might slow down on the turn, but thats so he can bluff, call down light, etc.
usually though i'm betting turn again.
