Yes, I play it different. I shove the flop after SB 3bets.

what are you putting sb on?

also, he put > 1/3rd his stack in on flop, so we have NO fold equity.

You're only 40% equity against a set.. if he has an overpair, we're at 60% equity. I don't mind shoving even if he does call.

Honestly, it doesn't matter much. You need about 42% equity in the pot to make a shove neutral EV. Even against the absolute TIGHTEST imaginable SB range you have 37% equity, so a shove here never costs you too much money, and it's good for metagame (even though that's not too important at 100NL).

Board: 7h 5h 4c
Dead:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 37.102% 35.49% 01.61% 13001 589.50 { Ah3h }
Hand 1: 62.898% 61.29% 01.61% 22450 589.50 { 77, 55-44, 86s, 63s, 86o, 63o }

Throw in an occasional overpair or another combo draw and you easily have the necessarily equity.

Nothing tilts me more than when someone misplays their hand and manages to get more money out of me.

I read him for exactly what he has, turn the only hand he beats into a bluff on river and he pretty much instacalls me cause he has 2 pair.
