that's what I mean by I can't figure out how to do it. Maybe you get one point for every answer you get submitted by a European? So if 5 Europeans voted Paris and 1 voted Rome, but 9 Americans voted Rome and 2 Paris, you would get 5 points for Paris and 1 for Rome? I'll tweak this a bit and run it soon.
