Sick of sick too, are ya? I'll forgive Gus, however, as he is the King of Sick.

Pokernews seems to have deleted their WSOP photo gallery.
Luckily I saved one photo.

I never thought poker needed a dress code until Gus Hansen walked in sporting the ever-popular "I brought my belt and shirt with me but they're really more accessories than actual pieces of clothing" look.

Whether Kahn meant harm or not he causes it. He's old enough to know better. I'm sure I know people I like that are completely douchey overall. Sometimes I think I'm an overall douche.

None of that makes his antics (like I said it doesn't matter what his intentions are after the 50 millionth time) ok.

I could picture meeting the guy, thinking how he's nice cool etc then watching him play and do that I think I'd throw up.

Getting the same thing here. It's like it's HD ZOOM is turned on. Turned to espn on all my TV's and getting the same thing.

I'm curious how something like this slipped through editing.

Me too. Has this just started for people in the last month or so? I just started noticing it - really sucks for Omaha.

[/ QUOTE ]Can't you just act normal? That was great, finally someone says something to that immature toad Khan.

These loud obnoxious douches are really making Americans look bad.

[/ QUOTE ]

Yes, that was very cool. Only adding a few F-bombs would have been better.

Khan and Humberto have really taken unsportsmanlike conduct to a new low. Anyone who originally hated the idea of the NFL instituting an anti-celebration rule now understands why it's necessary. This sort of mocking/taunting etc. is unseemly and will only encourage more idiots to seize their 15 minutes of fame.
I too loved it when the Euro dude told Khan to "just act normal, ok?" Poker players know what it's like to take a bad beat/get sucked out on/lose a big pot. The class guys are the ones (like Dan Harrington and Freedy Deeb) who act the same whether they've won or lost. Those are the kind of players I like to see doing well...

[/ QUOTE ]

I thought it was a new low for Humberto when the guy he ko'd on a coin flip stayed to shake his hand (which god knows I wouldn't have done), and Humberto shook his hand for one second without even looking at him, standing on a chair spouting gibberish.

Hats off to Ed de Haas as well for the way he dealt with Khan.

Always been like that.. I remember the first '07 WSOP SHow (MrSmokey1's win) was like that too... freaking annoying.

I watched hour 2 of this week's show on my 50" DLP HD and it looked great the whole show
