Re: Pocket5s = great, socially active poker players (warning: donk and
so i couldnt help but check jennifear's sharkscope, and she has a 38% ROI over 770 SNGs, average stake $14, total profit over $5,500+.
so, its not like this girl is terrible by any means, but it goes to show you that a super-nit sklansky approach (folding TT lol...) can indeed be profitable, though I think 770 games is the very lower bounds of "the long run" in smaller sitngos. /end worthy content LOL HOW CAN YOU FOLD TENS THERE. poor stealthmunk. |

[/ QUOTE ] The 38% ROI makes me want to agree with you. Her sentence formation forces me to disagree, she sounds exactly like someone who is pretending to be smart about something to people who are relatively stupid about it even though the person explaining is equally stupid when compared to people who know what they are talking about. |

Re: Pocket5s = great, socially active poker players (warning: donk and
no, i disagree, she is actually using logic. logic that may be inferior to most SNG winners at $60levels and higher, but logic that puts her way, WAY ahead of the general cesspool of fktards that run rampant at her buyin levels.
its not about general skill, its about edge of skill. soo, even though she may be 10 levels below most winners, shes 20 levels above her general competition at the levels she plays at. so yeah, even with her sentence structure and her shoddy logic, fine, that makes her "subpar" or something. but if everyone else is sub-sub-sub-sub-sub par, she is going to post a pretty good ROI. i think she would be a breakeven player at best though if she consistently played the 60's. anyone that tight would just get reamed 5 handed blinds 2/4 and higher. |

Clayton,
Her ROI is inflated a lot because its a small sample and she plays 20/180s. |
