Wake up on MSN! what you said could be _easy_ HIIT or could be super hard HIIT depending on your breaks and running length.

I'm aiming for 100% for 20 seconds for 4x with 60 seconds breaks, at the end you think your heart is just going to EXPLODE. So my 70% over 20 minutes is just to work back to that level.

I just played 7k hands in the first two days of the month and I really hate grinding. I have no idea how some of you put in 90K+ hands a month.
