does it bother you that you just got someone fired? IF I went the extreme, and yes its extreme, length to get out of my car to get sauce, I wouldn't have said anything. I honestly think you were a dick and karma is going to bite you in the ass.

I'm not sure I would have done things the same way the OP did, but I have no sympathy for a lazy, lying employee who gets the axe.
