The Princess Bride is the correct answer.

[/ QUOTE ]

I've never been a fan.

[/ QUOTE ]

Does this mean you actually dislike the movie though?

If this is the case then you too are dead to me as no person can actually dislike this movie.

[/ QUOTE ]

I don't HATE it, I'm neutral toward it I guess, I'm mostly just annoyed by all the [censored] who consider it the greatest movie ever made.

[/ QUOTE ]

see, so no hate - you are still alive. congrats!

You don't have to hate a movie to disqualify it, just dislike it (i.e. a 2 or lower rating in netflix).

The Goonies was shot down early by Lazy Meatball.

Unless I missed something, the following suggestions are still alive (excluding a few not widely seen):

Casablanca
It's a Wonderful Life
The Wizard of Oz
The Sting
Office Space
Raiders of the Lost Ark
Ferris Bueller's Day Off
Rudy (is this widely seen?)
Jaws
Dazed and Confused
One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest
Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid

Also Fast times at Ridgemont High and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory but I've heard lots of hate on both before so I doubt they have a chance.

Some vag reason, most likely. Same reason he hates The Godfather, Rambo, Goodfellas, anything with too heavy a dosage of masculinity.

I can't stand Ferris Bueller's Day Off - it's got to go.

& One Flew Over The Cuckoos nest would hardly qualify for mass appeal. Some very dark stuff in there.

I'll nominate The Sound of Music

And I'll nominate three Australian movies that you never hear bad things about:

The Castle
The Dish
Gallipoli

All highly recommended no matter what your taste.
