Just did the math and there is almost no difference vs. amazon cards. sweeeeeet

remember you can also buy in with W$ and get like a 10-15% discount tho. i buy into the $1m all the time with fpp but i think using them for wcoop is a bad idea... you save like $2k if you buy into everything with W$

yeah but i dunno wtf else to do with 10g's of fpps

I have about 320 $W dollars which I got through just 700 FPP's and I want to spend them to try and qualify for a WCOOP event. I would like to play in AT LEAST 1 of the big NL events ($530, $1,000 or $2,500) I figure my options are 1.) Use up all those $W dollars and pay an extra 200 or so and play the $530 NL event 2.) Buy-in to the $215 heads up match tourney and still have some left over 3.)Spend all the $W dollars on trying to qualify for the $530, $1,000 or the $2,500 events. What does everyone think is the best as I am not to familiar with $W and would like to make the best possible +EV decision with them. Also, what is the deal with the discount if you buyin with $W??? How do they handle that. Thanks...

you can purchase W$ from other people (check the W$ exchange threads on this board). W$ sell at a discount because they are not as liquid as real cash or T$ (you can't cash them out and can only use them in certain tourneys). depending on who you buy them from and how many you buy, you can probably get a 10-15% discount.

Am I the only one who is going to try to buy into every single event with fpps?

At least high stakes sngs are good for something when you're running like [censored]

is that where you get the best dollar value per fpp?

[/ QUOTE ]

with the exception of electronics, most of the store goes for almost exactly 62 FPP per dollar, regardless of what you get. I think the best thing to spend them on is regular tournament buyins (that you can't use W$ for, because of the discount) and the amazon gift cards. I made the mistake of getting a 20" samsung monitor for $580 worth of FPP when I could have gotten a $500 amazon gift card and found one for cheaper.

and if you were asking about high stakes sngs - he meant that they tend to rack of fpps fast (I've made 40k VIP points THIS month and 40k in the 6 months previous), not that he spends his fpps on high stakes sngs. Although the VIP sngs are pretty good I think.

The sats for the WCOOP are the best ever, especially the ME FPP ones. I played in a 3000 FPP sat where the final table got seats and there were only 190. Also, of those 190 entrants, like 150 came from 30 FPP sats they ran all week. Really easy $2600...too bad I bubbled out of the ME getting too cute in a blind battle.

No playing a 100 FPP sat into the 1000 FPP sat, and then donking yourself to win a main event seat in 1 week is the best dollar value on FPP.

Thanks again for sweating me Exit,
Cheers!
John

PS. Yes, I am donkey

EDIT: And yes I just admitted into playing a 100 FPP satellite.

On September 23rd, and September 30th there are 2 events on each day.

Do they both start at 4:30PM?
