I was told if you win multiple entries you could be paid cash, true or not true?

[/ QUOTE ]

That's not what I was told. There is a regular named Ray who's won at least 5 of them and he told me he was just selling them to high limit players. I don't know any high limit players other than Howard Beale and he's such a nit he doesn't play tournies

[/ QUOTE ]

Think you could convice Ray to come play in October in Blackhawk CO in the Qualifier Satallites for the Heartland Poker Tour? Sounds like the locals in AZ, play like the locals here in the Denver area.

While it's not confirmed yet, it's been aluded that people can sell any extra seats they have for the HPT ME.

A friend just told me one of the floor managers is threatening a life-time ban for people who get caught selling their ticket for more than its original value. Anyone else hear that? I guess it eliminates "scalping" a ticket the few days before...or the day of.

[/ QUOTE ]

That takes care of that for me. I'll be playing the tourney.

How could that be true with everyone doing it in the previous years?

And all thast really does is eliminate people selling them outside the casino, you could still sell them on here or on craigslist etc.

I can't afford to risk a ban in any way, shape or form. If I do sell my ticket I'm going to ask Dave to find someone for me to sell it to and conduct the transaction right in front of him.

There is ONE reason to play at The Fort. I stand a good chance of being the youngest player at the table every now and then. The only other place for that is Laughlin.
