Some eastern european "fish" who got swindled by AP are not very happy about this. Some of them don't [censored] around and I know this through ethnic ties that I can't exactly disclose and I wouldn't even say anything if this account wasn't anonymous.

Don't believe this at all.

the combination of your SN, location and everything else makes this one of the most interesting posts i have ever seen on 2p2.

wasn't UB located in Germany before AP purchased them?

Loc: Eastern Europe, this guy might know these AP clowns personally.

Is there anyone that played in that dream package event that sat with McBill??

Okay the press releases make him sound older. I'm still wondering about the whole thing a bit.

can someone also look into this user, from http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/sh...umber=12553639

As I posted in the other thread Brent worked at AP as support and security in the early days. I have no idea he is still around. Obviously he took Pokermachine's place as an AP spammer after Pokermachine was called out and made his admission.

Second, people like Josem, Adanthar, Druff, etc have been much more involved than I have.

Yeah, as long as you're not the slowest Zebra in the herd, the Lion is no problem.

LOL. This was just too good. But if there are many lions... the fourth slowest zebra might not be that good.

Doing some Googling for news on this (a number of hits now) I ran across this item. Wouldn't have thought twice but considering what's been going on and the Montana connection, I thought this was interesting.

MONTANA ONLINE POKER PLAYER STRIKES GOLD IN ABSOLUTE DREAM PACKAGE

No more big tourney buy-in worries for MCBill....

Montana resident and online poker player "MCBill" probably feels like he's struck gold this week after winning access to a possible over $100 million in online poker tournament prize pool money. Absolute Poker revealed that the online poker player hailing from Helena, Montana has won the 5th Absolute Dream Package on October 7th.

[/ QUOTE ]

Note: Not implying anything here. Just an interesting news item.

[/ QUOTE ]

Okay. I wasn't going to post this earlier. But I think it's worth at least a mention.

There is a william willis mcmahon listed in Scott's frat buddies.

There is a william/willy mcmahon that cross references to the hendon mob database. I have no idea if this connects at all. He is listed out of Atlantic City in that db.
I went looking thru all the frat buddies hours ago for any connections like that and sat on it because it (still) has no real meaning.

But that screen name and real name suddenly looks a tad strange with that DB and big win at AP doesn't it?

can anyone dig further into that?

fwiw- in the frat records mcmahon is listed as being from missoula.
Also- an apparent new account at Absolute.

W o w. Sick if true.

Is it just me or does mark seifs chat log stink? I fail to believe he is retarded enough for that to be is honest unbiased opinion. How in the world is he still (in his mind) credibly professing innocence. i think he should either stop talking about the issue completely or if he is going to continue to give his thoughts on the matter start to give people credit for not being complete morons and stop acting like one himself. IMO its inevitable that AP will burn for this. no amount of good pr from their pros or halfheareted "we care about our the poker community" phonecalls to some high profile respected players will stop this happening. its already started to get picked up my news sources outside of the poker community. i think if mark seif wants to have any reputation after this is said and done he needs to stfu. personally i think hes a douche with no morals so i hope he gos in flames too

he must know scott, how else would he find his myspace? there must be a million "scotts" on that site.

if that is scott, judging him solely on his photo, he looks like the type of scumbag that would cheat you out of your money, and talk smack while doing it.

"pure money", oh i get it, he made a funny.

I'm not saying it is.

I'm saying it's another weird coincidence that the winner hails from Montana, has a screen name that isn't out of line with a frat buddy Scott had- and apparently that same real name has played some real poker events.
I have zero idea who the william mcmahon is in the hendon poker db.
