[ QUOTE ]
funkii Im taking out 100 from you and 50 from bakes for torys fee for doing the scoring.

[/ QUOTE ]
FWIW thats really not fair, it should be same amount (75/75), since each entry lost a static % for the scoring fee.

Blame big ballz he made OP, anyway that was well known and mentioned in last weeks thread and the same rules applies unless someone in the contest wants to do it for cheaper.

if each entry loses a static % (like rake), then it should be proportionally taken off by how much each person wins (not quite proportional in this case, but close)

I appreciate the job that Tory is doing, but I honestly think we would be much off getting a non-poker player to do this. I'm guessing that we could easily find someone to do this for <$10, and its possible someone could even write a program in a few hours to get results and make a spreadsheet automaticly.

Maybe I am just being a nit, I just think that ~3% is pretty high for something like this. (I'm not saying we should pay him less, I'm saying that he is over-qualified for something like this, and a lot of money could be saved.)

Lol you guys paid someone $150 to do it?

I'm almost positive if you made a thread you could get someone to do it for free.

As for me getting paid / how much I got paid / whatever, two weeks ago Shaundeeb sent me an AIM that said: "You want to score our Sunday contest for us? We'll give you 2% - should be good for ~$200". I said sure.

If you want to shop around to get it done cheaper / find a new person every week, it's up to you. Keep in mind that it does kill a Sunday night, and if you want regular / consistent updates, it'll prevent that person from actually playing.
