I'm going to laos for a week tommorow morning, so hopefully I can clear my head. I really wish I could run normal for even a month.

also, anyone got good advice for clearing youre head when running badly? im not tilting (i dont think) but i just wanna start over kinda, cause my results just arent where i think they *should* be recently

I sort databases for each session start. I also will sort it for the whole month so I can see I am still up and see that it is the long run that matters.

What this day is makes you look short-term, one sesh, or long term, when you are up. It is whatever would work for you best I suppose.

tripccc is killing me right now. I swear to God, every single time I have a flush against that guy he has the nut flush. If I have a set, he has a higher set. If I have Q high, he has K high.

Would there be any interest in betting me on this? I am just seeing what the interest would be, dunno if I can pull it off or not but think I could.

*Remember, I can/do play 80k-110k hands per month. At 400nl(or 200nl if I did somehow have to move down which is very doubtful now), that is uhh..I dunno but someone do the bonus math because it is a lot of bonus money. The bet would prob be for me to actually make me continue playing as many hands as I do.

everytime i get to this place (prob once every 1-2mo)...i figure out whats killing my WR. then i formulate a new strategy (generally PF), and go back to work from there. i find that even just tweakin a few small things pf will make life a lil smoother.

I find that it helps to start flopping sets and getting people to fold to cbets. Gets me out of all my downers.
