I've been experiementing with shoving preflop with QQ+,AK when I'm 3 bet in late position from pretty much anybody not unbelievably nitty. Is this a decent strategy given 100 or less BBs?. I hope somebody can help me. I know poker isn't a cookbook but I have no [censored] idea what to do with AK/QQ when I open from the CO and get reraised by someone either OTB or in the blinds. It's basically led to NL 200 becoming harder becuase of all the preflop moves people like to put on each other.

And I never have any idea what to do when I open AQs in the SB and get popped by the 2+2 regular in the BB. I hate calling, I hate 4 betting and folding to a push and I hate pushing.

It's gotten to the point where I feel like I play well enough postflop to really kill the games if I table select well (please hold your comments back but I feel like if I find a table full of idiots I can dominate them) but I always find myself getting into $400 pots preflop with QQ/AK that its the difference between a -4 buyin session, an even session or a +4-8 buyin session.

Pretty much I've been averaging about 7-10 buyins a day getting AK and QQ all in preflop in $400 pots. Now I play like 5-8 hours a day, depending, but that is still a disgusting figure.

How many hands of $200nl have u played and your just now trying to figure this out.

Moved back down to 100NL for a while to gain some confidence back.

I think it worked

stats from Friday until this morning. 8.5 total hours played.
