We had a house, and it ended up being a place that would make sleep impossible at times. Our wraparound couch would literally sleep 3+ on the weekends, with usually one or two guys on the floor. So many people who lived in a crappy place would just always show up, eat our food, make a mess, leave in the AM...it got to be a headache after the first 3 months or so (which was a blast) because our landlord owuld always show up and bitch - note that this was midafternoon when everyone was gone. There would also be tons of broken [censored] that we had to pay the landlord for, etc etc etc

Still a good time though, just a slight warning for what you are getting yourself into
