Hmmm...well, I am Approved & Processing, which according to your site means:

Approved - This means your offer has been approved and you're ready to claim payment! You can click on the "Claim it!" link and to request payment for that offer. Please refer to our FAQ Section for more information.

Processing - If your Claim Status shows "Processing," we are currently processing your claim and you should expect payment on or before the 20th of the month following the month in which your claim was received.

Whereas Denied is supposed to mean:

Denied - If your Offer or Claim Status shows "Denied," it means that you have not completed the offer requirements, or have completed the offer reqiurements in a way not in compliance with our Terms & Conditions.

I don't think there's any way I fit into your definition of Denied. Not only that, if I remember correctly from earlier in this thread, I'd already have my money had I chosen Paypal as my payment option. Again, doesn't sound much like Denied.

Now, I'm not here to pile on more abuse, there's plenty that do a better job at that than I would. I just think you should stop wasting time slinging mud back and forth, and bandying about new definitions of terms used on your site. Continue trying to "negotiate a more favorable outcome"...THAT seems like an excellent use of your time when not cracking the books. If that doesn't work out...well, you can try out your new defintions on us at that time and see how it flies.
