I remember just a month ago, when Bet365 was almost worshipped everywhere

I signed up in December and cleared their signup and got it credited w/o any problems. But for the $50 monthly bonus, after sending an email when I played the 500 raked hands, they wrote back saying I only had played 25...contradicting their own counter. I sent another email, same as the initial request, and a different CS person must've credited it.

But, after reading this, and seeing that their software blows and that they charge for 2 Neteller cashouts in a 28(30?) day timeframe, I won't be playing there in the future.

I guess the problems at bet365 are never ending. It's amazing what we can all learn when we share this kind of information 2+2 rocks! It's also amazing how someone can expect to survive in such a competitive market with such poor customer service.

I had alot of problems with these [censored] scumbags last year regarding my a/c. These pricks even charge you $15 for making a withdrawal.

Thanks for this thread. I was going to play there next to get their bonus. I am trying to find a site I really like and playing a lot of sites with bonuses until I find one. Now I know Bet365 is not one of those sites

Just a bump to keep it alive. I've had trouble with Prima sites before, and swore off them.

Seems like I didn't overreact...

calmjackal,

You need to stop posting about this. Probably 52 out of the 54 posts you have are all about you bitching at Bet365. They have a great deposit bonus and I would still recommend that people take advantage of it. Never have I had a problem. I'm just sick of reading about the same problem over and over.
