I don't know how long it was on but my vote goes to
Sifl and Oly on MTV. But that's cuz I love puppets.

that show ROCKED, Chester was an awesome character. i was sad when that series was cancelled. i tried to acquire those episodes through various means, and was unsuccessful. =(
