I think Simon is way off there, and i think he was significantly overvaluing Kellie due to the timing - i.e. coming right off her "naughty little minx" performance. I think if he were asked the question after this week his answer would probably be a little different. I do buy that she may be undervalued on the trading exchanges, but i'd look to capitalize in the short term. i think her stock is going to fall every single week - the more she talks and sings, the less and less popular she becomes. As well, if she's forced outside of country at all she's going to be in real trouble - she doesn't have nearly the crossover ability (/appeal) of Carrie Underwood imo.

Likewise slightly surprised to see Kevin go, but not at all surprised to see the bottom three exactly as predicted and Bucky as the #2 lowest (which actually was specifically said this week).
Bucky will almost certainly be my pick to go this week, however I want to lineshop tomorrow. alright, let's keep this alive (i know it would have perked up this week anyway).
anyone see value in ace and elliot each being 30-1 or so on tradesports.com to win the whole thing?? especially ace, wondering if he has a comeback in him, given how strong he was the first show (hasn't shown much since, i agree) pickle girl at 15 to 1.... also, i see 3 or 4 to 1 on lisa (tucker?) going home this week... they have bucky as big favorite. i'm thinking they should be about even.

I don't see any value in Ace or Elliot winning this thing, I would leave that alone. I would, however, put value in betting Lisa with those odds to leave this week. It will either be her or Bucky, and like you said, it's about even, so take the odds.
Kellie at 15 to 1 has some value to it, but it is still a long shot.

[/ QUOTE ] yeah, tradesports.com has bucky at 59% and lisa at 24% to go home next week. those numbers are pre-juice, but the basic ratio should be correct. i guess you're saying that chris, mcphee or lesser chance mandisa, taylor, pickle girl.... i don't know enough about idol and how it operates, but i think chris is pretty much the next idol (and if his voting isn't there, they'll bring out his kids and tell us how great a guy he is - and he is a great guy).

What do you guys think of Taylor lasting longer than Mandisa? It's currently at +103 on pinnacle. It seems like a lot of money is going towards Mandisa, which surprises me.
