Daniel's vegan/vegetarian rant at the cocktail lady was.. awkward.

I think you mean Todd, and he's just pissed at himself for losing her.

His fat ass will never have a quality piece of tail like Jennifer again. Even Kathy Leiber would tell Todd to shove off.

[/ QUOTE ]

I take it you've never seen Todd Brunson's wife.

[/ QUOTE ]

she is starting to show her age, but definitely way better than one would expect. She looked real good a few years ago

for people who like to act like they know what theyre talking about, a lot of you guys seldom know what youre talking about:

There was like 9k or something in the pot when it got to Jenn

[/ QUOTE ]

not even close. it was 2400 to go plus the 100 ante. five players called (i think maybe one folded), so thats $12,500. daniel bets $8,000. so its $20,500. man im good at math.

[/ QUOTE ]

I'm gonna take a wild guess and say he's talking about her preflop call, when there was 7600 in the pot when it came to her action. Good thing we've got someone who knows what they're talking about.

"lets do this [censored], i got somewhere to go" - Bob Safai (true holla balla)

if i ever make it to HSP, i hope to make it as a businessman, not a professional player. these mofos are awesome. did you even hear eli talk about HSP stakes, "we like to straddle cause otherwise the game'll be too small, i want to see 30k flop bets", incredible.

if i ever come across 20 mill+, i too would stink up HSP, i would 3bet preflop w/ the dirtiest hands ever, stack some nit, laugh it up. it'll probably cost me a couple reloads to do it but who cares, it's 20 hands an hr, you're sitting w/ millions in the bank, and you probably only get to play once or twice a week. the filthy rich owns.

btw, how much does eli has?

also lol@ at negreanu taking 5 mins to fold 3h4h to an all-in on a 10JJ3 board. icing on the cake was when kaplan yells out "NICE LAYDOWN BY DANIEL NEGREANU". maybe kaplan was leveling me w/ that remark, probably wanted to say "hurry the [censored] up and throw ur 3s away daniel".

then daniel compliments gold for calling out his 3h4h and gold was like a deer caught in a highlight "huh, really, 3h4h? what 3h4h?".

Dunno if it was his wife or what, but I saw Todd with a smoking hot chick @ the red rock poker room 1.5 weeks ago, so this guy clearly has no idea what he's talking about - big surprise.

It's cool, no big deal. Im a model knows what he's talking about, so we're covered.

I agree that the talking during a decision is totally out of control. I mean, there's blatant speculation and commentary about how people play specific types of hands. That said, if somebody doesn't like it, they can just say "Hey, can you guys please not talk about the hand while I'm in it?" and their wishes would almost certainly be respected. I do like the chatter between hands a lot.

LOL at ChrisV's summary of next week's episode.

youre right, clown, you are taking a wild guess. did you even read his post? dont bother looking for it, because im quoting it right here:

[ QUOTE ]
I agree with Barry that Daniel played this hand pretty horrible. There was like 9k or something in the pot when it got to Jenn and she was like "okay, I'm the biggest nit on this show and I wanna play a 150k pot, kay?" and he was like "I got top pair and I will put you on a hand I am coinflipping with so I can call kay?". God forbid he should fold there and she does have JQs and he's like "omg, I lost like 4k in equity by folding in this pot!".

[/ QUOTE ]

does that sound like preflop to you? no. it doesnt. in your face. i win. oh, man. IN YOUR FACE! now who is pretending to know what theyre talking about? you are the pretender. HEY EVERYONE CHECK OUT THIS GUY DROMAR! HE TRIES TO ACT SMART BUT HE IS JUST A BIG FAT PHONY! DROMAR IS A BIG FAT PHONY AND I DOMINATE HIM. IN YOUR FACE, DUURRRRRRRRRRROMAR. IN YOUR FACE!
