a year ago i was playing sng's *shudder*
i had maybe 40k lifetime hands of cash nl under my belt, all at 50x max buyin at party. poker is much better now. among other things, now i can stop playing with 5-10 minutes notice instead of 45 minutes notice. it felt very antisocial if friends or roommates would turn up at my place and i couldn't stop playing. and making a lot more money doesn't hurt either.

You have to be one of those who's made $500k, right? edit: You don't have to answer if u don't want to obv, I'm just very surprised by all of this....

I've never had a 100k hand month, even when i was playing a ton(everyday almost, and playing lot of tables)

im up ~200k for the year. ive taken a bunch of time off (all of jan and feb, most of march, half of may) so its not a full year for me. theres really really really really little chance for me to hit 500k.
