This has nothing to do with what she looks like, her answer was so ignorant that it went beyond the "oh hot blondes can be dingy" stereotype...this chick is truly dumb. Obviously we all know that there are truly stupid people in this world, some are really hot (her) and some are f'ing ugly (the chick working the register at the bagel shop yesterday morning). Those who are trying to justify it by saying she was nervous are really digging deep, there isn't a level of nervousness that can spout out that answer.

Also, who cares what her excuse is days later on the Today Show or whatever, anyone can think of what they should have said long after the fact or even be told what they should have said.
