Please note: They say the plan to release funds will be announced in the next 75 days.

Good news: We get our money back.

I'm still not holding my breath on this. It'll take 75 days to announce a plan, which will then probably say they'll start implementing the plan within six months or something? That's bull. There's no reason if an agreement is signed that they couldn't start the process today.

And how much you want to bet that they'll keep a certain percentage of our money to pay the lawyers and the accountants?

This is [censored] great. This means we aren't going to have to wait a year or more to get our money. Hell, we might even have it within the next two or three months.

Still a half a year too late though.

I can't wait til the deal somehow involves the US gov't like taking 40% tax assuming these are gambling profits or some off the wall ridiculousness.

Its very good news. I would guess the 75 days is more for the US to get a new Attorney general than for Neteller to implement a plan for distrubution.

[censored] neteller. my guess is that in 74 days we will find out that we will get our money in another 6 months. The dont say anything about giving us our $ within 75 days, they just say that within 75 days they will tell us how and when we will get our $. SHADY.
Y are there representatives from every major poker sites who respond to threads about their site on this forum, but not a representative from neteller responding to this thread??? Are they that dumb? Do they really not have the resources to at least communicate in some way with US customers besides these incredibly vague "press releases" every month or so. PLEASE. SOMETHING SHADY IS GOING ON.

[censored] neteller. They may say their main concern is returning US customers $, but they lie. Their main concern is protecting their asses, buying some time, and keeping as much customer cash as they can before shutting down shop. I may very well be wrong, but the way they have been acting IS NOT THE WAY AN HONEST BUSINESS WOULD CONDUCT THEMSELVES.
Even if i got my cash back tommorow i would still be pissed about this situation just because the last time i spoke to anyone from neteller the conversation went like this
me:"so you guys are holding 6k of my $ and cant give it back to me"
them:"yes, we are unable to process Us withdrawals at this time"
me:"well when am i going to be able to get it?"
them:"we cant tell you that either, but keep checking the website for updates"
me:"thats [censored]. thats what you told me a month ago and nothing has changed"
them:"sorry"
me:"you are holding hundreds of thousands if not millions of US customers cash indefinetly, how are you you guys getting away with this?
them:"i dont know"

So forgive me if i dont see them saying "Within 75 days we will tell you how to get your $" as good news. I see it as just more [censored].

mano, thanks for posting that... and flow, relax... the situation is very complicated, but it should be clear that as soon as possible you will be receiving your money back from Neteller.
