What kind of clothing is considered to be "nice" in Europe? I have some dress pants in various colors, and button/colared shirts (usually striped or with decorative designs), but thats about it.

What do you guys think is a appropriate?

Same stuff is considered "nice" in Europe as it is here in the USA. It's just that they do it so much better than us that no matter how you try you will probably wind up looking like a disgusting American with no fashion sense by comparison.
