fleece_me,

Did you post any sort of bona fides, and I just missed them? Who the [censored] are you to be judging the liabilities of a UK business?

Neteller is leaving the US market. Pray they pay. They don't have to.

[/ QUOTE ]

This is going to help a lot with the matter of helping the fish find his way to the over-sharked poker sites.

probably a retarded question, but...what ARE we supposed to do for now? a friend of mine tried to cash money out of FTP and said it still hasn't been cashed out ~24 hrs. later. he said he's never had a cashout take >2 hrs. on FTP, but this could just be cashout variance....

anyway, i have $0 left in Neteller, luckily i put it all onto FTP right before this happened. i'm just wondering, for you guys that do have $$$ in there, are you able to get it off in any way? if yes, how long is it expected to take?

and does anyone have any suggestions for any other ways to get $$$ to and from the real world to teh intrapoker world?

i realize this post may sound like i'm being paranoid, i just have rent/ student loans coming up at the end of the month and want to start getting money moved back to the real world and don't know how long it's going to take me. or even how i'm going to do it.

On the basis of an indictment against, rather than a conviction of, shareholders, not current employees?
Hmmmmmm.

With neteller suspending insta cash at the end of 2006

[Edit/MH: This should read "With neteller suspending insta cash, planned since the end of 2006, they..."]

they appear to have been considering this for a long time.

For the indictment to name the company as being used to illegally funnel funds from the US to illegal online gaming companies i cant see how as a publicly traded company Neteller can stay in the US market unless it gets a memorandum of understanding with the DoJ (which i find unlikely).

We can still be paid by checks from the poker sites, that's hard to take away, right?

Where's a link about Neteller leaving the US market?

I transferred funds via Neteller last night and had no issues.
