I grew up in Chapel Hill and I'm a big UNC fan, nice call though. And when every coach(this is arguable, whatever) in the NCAA would rather have your players on his team than his own, it's hard to call them flawed.

Okay, let's just say you're right, they are very flawed, and you aren't being just very biased based on tonights game. It's just that they are less flawed than every other team in the country!

[/ QUOTE ]

are you kidding? how is florida less flawed than we are?

Because they don't have a 12 man deep roster and wouldn't be able to compete very well against a running team.

You can argue all day which team is better, but I think headsup UNC > UF

but championship-caliber teams do not lose home games in the fashion that we did tonight. all that means for me is wait 'til next year.

O RLY?

In your defense, those opponents weren't nearly as good as VT is this year. So maybe all UNC needs is a bad loss at home to motivate them to be the best they can be!

wow. well i personally wish we'd shorten our roster to 8-9 players and that our depth is nice but irrelevant come NCAA's.

remember, 2 years ago we still weren't all that good in the halfcourt offense and that was WITH sean may. we basically just beat the other team down the floor every time and it's hard to do that since lawson isn't felton (at least not yet). i'm probably somewhat on tilt, and wright didn't show up today, but i still don't feel that this team beats florida, and i don't even think the florida team's all that great historically.

oh and right off the bat the first game's irrelevant since roy doesn't care about the ACC tourney and neither did the team. we struggled against clemson prior.

UNC had so many awful losses the year they won, I don't see how you can say "wait till next year" based on one loss no matter how fashionable that loss is.

In 04 they got KILLED by Santa Clara!!

Okay, sorry, I will stop posting in this thread.

*Sigh*, I guess I'm not a real fan and thus know nothing about the topics at hand.

THAY3R,
Flawed=Perfect
Since UNC has lost they aren't perfect.
Since they aren't flawless they obviously can't win a national title. It's simple logic.
