I spoke a little too soon; the dm_hide_lobby_jackpot option now seems to do nothing, as the lobby jackpots don't get hidden. Or at least, they do,but then come back. It's still temperamental with the dm_minimize_lobby_news option too.Sometimes it simply doesn't work.

Ok, they disappeared that time - but not always. I guess it would always work to run Party first then DeMonster.

Thats a real pain in tha arse. If you try to disable/hide the lobby jackpot while a "Message from PartyPoker.com" or "PartyAccount Login" window exists it screws things up... I even check to make sure these windows do not exist; however, if one pops up in the milliseconds it takes to get from the check to the actual disabling/hiding it once again screws up. I'm not sure what else I can do.

tigerite, I think I found a way around the issue. I moved the HideLobby code into its own process and tacked it onto a thread that fires less frequently. This should work consistently; although it will take a few seconds (1-5s) longer before it hides it once you login.

Give the latest code a shot.

Does Send and WinClose work on the last active window (in the OS) or the last window referenced in your script? (if the last active window then this explains alot of the weirdness I've had happen in the past).

[/ QUOTE ]

Send just sends the keystrokes; it doesn't check which window it's sending to. Therefore everything gets sent to the active window.
WinClose operates on the Last Found Window (assuming no parameters). The last found window isn't neccessarily the last window referenced in your script , though. It is only set by IfWinExist (IfWinNotExist, WinExist(), etc.) and WinWait.

Sadly it still seems to have the same problem. Here's a screenshot as an example of what happens.. (PS is there any way to get rid of the annoying bottom-right thing too?)

On the bright side though, it does seem a lot more reliable now and does it much less often.

When it gets rid of them, is there another party window open?

I'm not sure what you mean, sorry?

If you mean popups etc, I don't think so as I set auto-login to 1 and auto-kill-popup or whatever it was to 1 too, so it should definitely have trashed those within the 5 seconds. Like I say it does seem much better now you've put it in the SetTimer, but just now and again the button to press (to make the Internet Explorer_Server1 I think it is control disappear) itself disappears/is hidden without the 'click' actually doing anything.

If you mean is it the only client I have running, yes, although I do run PartyPlanner and it moves the lobby for me to its automatic place. I've tried it without PartyPlanner too though and it still does it sometimes (the disappearing button trick I mean).

I just sat at a 3/6 limit table and it gave me $600 in chips. I may be doing something wrong. I have this line set to 1

dm_auto_buyin = 1
dm_buyin_amount = 100 ; (in BB) ie) Full NL stack = 100, Limit Default Stack = 25

What do I need to do to have it buy me in for 25 big bets instead of 100? Thx
