I'd hand it back. Keeping it wouldn't even cross my mind (seriously).

I'd would never hand it back. Not keeping it wouldn't even cross my mind (seriously). [/ QUOTE ] If there are no cameras in the stalls you'd have to be fairly retarded to get caught. Simply get up, walk out of the casino immediately, go to a neighboring property, get into a cab and exit somewhere away from where you live/ are staying. I guarantee you most of these nimrods who are caught get into their own cars after finding the loot. |

hmmmm. If I'm going to steal from someone, it'll be on the felt, not in the stalls.
As for whether $750,000 would fit in a money belt, I too have my doubts... though they'd likely have been in higher denominations than shown in the pictures above??? (I'm English so have no idea what denominations of USD there are) |

Can someone that has actually used big chips (like the 25k chips in question) chime in if they read this thread about security measures in place when cashing these chips out? If I somehow found a single 25k chip on the floor, could I cash it at the cage without question or is there some sort of security measures in place with these types of chips? [/ QUOTE ] |

[/ QUOTE ] no one said it was all cash. it was just a money belt with $750,000 in it. it oculd have easily been $100,000 cash, $500,000 in cashier checks, and the rest in big chips. or however you want to arrange it. |

It's amazing how many moral, holier-than-thou gamblers we have here.
As for myself, I believe that you never truly know what you would do in a situation, until you're in the situation. I think I would turn it in. Partly because it is the "right" thing to do. And partly because I would soil my pants trying to get away with 3/4 of a meeeellion dollars! (Then again, I would LOVE to see the surveillance footage of me trying to look non-chalant as I make my way to the nearest entrance!) Now, lets let temptation take over - what would I WANT to do? Well, I'd be eyeing the blackjack tables pretty good. Maybe freeroll at some higher stakes pokah. Oh, and do they have any hookers and blow in Vegas? |
