Take the offensive.
If you are:
1. no longer attracted to her and
2. you will dump her if she continues to get heavier and
3. you want to stay with her then

Tell her she is being disrespectful to you.
Tell her you work out and eat well to look good for her because you respect her enough to do that. But she is showing apathy and disrespect to you by not wanting to look good for you.

This is a high risk move for rookies but if your going to dump her then make this play.

lol at all the chubby chasers in this thread saying she's not fat! You guys are probably the older married types that have a wife that did the typical american ballooning act over the years, so she seems rail thin to you.

It's true she's not that fat yet, but she's certainly heading in that direction from the sounds of it. If she's asian and 20 and already chunky, she's gonna be huge years down the line unless she eats better or exercises a lot.

In my experience you kind of have to be a diplomat with weight and gfs otherwise they end of crying and making a fight out of some little your getting fat comment. Play the health angle- you'll feel better and have more energy, tell her she's not reaching her hotness potential ect... You want your friends to be jealous when summer time comes blah blah.

Look, based on her picture I wouldn't call her fat, per se...but the girl is quite thick. That's just her. I mean, look at those legs. She is NOT going to get much thinner than she is right now, believe me.

So if you're just not attracted to thick girls, it's time to move on.
