It's an independent league, each independent league is slightly different as far as its quality--there is only one other ind. league better than this one in the country. I would say 80+% have been in affiliated ball, the majority that haven't been in affiliated in our league are guys that have been independent lifers and have a ton of experience in professional baseball--there are a few D1 prospects that were looked over though and play here. Many of the teams have former big leaguers on their team--this is the first year my team doesn't.

The level and quality of baseball you play will be AA most of the time and can drop down to High A. If you are signed out of this league you go to at least High A but most of the time you go to AA. When the Royals signed me out of this league I went to AA.
