Most frustrating part of the episode for me:

Several of the characters on the show at various times over the past 3 seasons have wondered aloud about where they are. This has been bugging me for a long time because an island in the Pacific doesn't make sense.

I explained my theory about this in more detail in a post in last week's thread. In summary, if the plane leaving Sydney at 2:55 PM crashed after flying west for 8 hours it would have crashed at night.

There have been some other clues along the way, the biggest of which was the drug smuggler's plane that made it to the island after leaving from Africa. I thought the helicopter was a clue until Naomi said she left from a ship in the middle of the ocean.

But still, I don't know where they are, they don't know where they are, and all of us seem interested in finding out where they are.

Then Naomi shows up and tells them she was on a ship 80 miles from the island... and they don't ask her where they are!

You think I'd be used to that kind of thing from Lost by now.


That being said, one the best episodes in a long time. I can't wait to see how all this unfolds. Some nice little clues in the preview for next week for people who followed the Lost Experience web game last summer as well!

[/ QUOTE ]I thought this as well. Assuming hes a great con man, you'd think he'd at least try to "con" his way out of the situation he was in...maybe try to convince one of the Others to betray their group and help him or something.
