any suggestions on what i can do?

first 100k hands i run at 6.7ptbb/100 at 200nl
next 50k hands i run at 1.1ptbb/100 at 200nl
so i drop down to regain confidence, then drop 11buyins at 100nl
so i drop down to 50nl again to regain confidence, then drop 6buyins at 50nl.

im still way overrolled to play 200nl. but dont see the point in playing it if im just losing money.

stick to 50nl until i can beat it over a significant sample? Just to prove to myself that i can beat the game? or carry on struggling through 200nl and hope to god i start running good again?

and for what its worth, this isnt the first time ive gone on downswings. at 200nl i go on 10buyin downswings regularly. ive been on a few 20buyin downswings. at 100nl i haven't really seen anything so bad before though. 50nl i played before i got pokertracker.

thats really suprising SN you seem like a good player from your posts. Tilt problems? Sorry to hear you're running bad, I'd recommend still playing 200nl and have confidence in your abilities, but if you don't have the confidence then don't play and grind 50nl for a while.

good luck

reminds me of a post by gigabet i think it was. he said something along the lines of "one day you'll run worse than you ever thought was possible"

Just take some time off and when you come back keep playing 200NL. I know I couldn't play well at 50NL, or 100NL for that matter, when I was used to playing 200NL.

yeah thats really ugly to see

stop loss sounds like a good idea if you tilt after losing a certain amount

Depending on your psychological makeup, stop losses can be a great idea.
