OK, so tight is old school live game JJ+,AK? I'm not going to out-nit anyone by any stretch of the imagination (they don't call me ActionStan for nothin'), but pairs + AK + occasionally some other hands at least seems "comfortably snug". I take it you disagree?

For Renton it probably doesn't matter. He plays excellent post flop poker and usually knows exactly where he is at in a hand. From looking at his set-o-meter stats he's just running bad.

Which can make anyone think they suck after 50,000 hands of it.

It's BB/100 (senseless using ptBB when referring to NL- other than it's the PT default.)

[/ QUOTE ]

It's not senseless since everyone uses and asumes ptBB. Still, $100k at NL200 is sick eventho it's a crapload of hands. How long did it take you too play all those hands?

I suck and only play 5NL so don't bother any further.

(I don't really understand how a strategy of playing 10/5 can make you money in the higher level games. 10/5 works at 5nl since the players are for the most part, only aware of the 2 cards they are playing and are blind to everything else)

....which is what I said, right?

(It's also clear from the other stats that it's BB/100.)

Big Bets don't exist in NL of course, so you may as well add in a multiple of pi too.

8 Months.

yeah, but its become the accepted way of denoting winrate. Switching it into bb seems like senseless inflation of numbers.
